Our principal, Abhishek Patel, is a LEED-accredited professional with comprehensive knowledge of contemporary sustainable design and construction practices. Additionally, we adhere to the guidelines of national and regional green building policies, regulations, and certifications from organizations such as USGBC, IGBC, CaGBC, EnerGuide (NRCan), ENERGY STAR, and BOMA Best. We have also taken up the 2050 Net Zero Mission challenge to further fuel our commitment to green initiatives and a brighter tomorrow.
